Service Description

Are your shoulders tense and tight? Does your lower back ache? Sometimes all it takes to keep your body happy and your mind calm is a little attention. In this class, we'll be using Yoga Therapy balls to work out stress and tight spots from head to toe! These simple and effective massage techniques can help to reduce pain, improve mobility and keep tension at bay. You'll find muscles you didn’t know you had (and relief you didn’t know you needed!). We'll top it off with a grounding meditation and savasana. You can use your own Yoga Therapy Balls or you can borrow from the studio. We can arrange a contactless pickup/dropoff. All Levels welcome.
