Service Description

Yin and Flow balances the Yin yoga practice for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practice for the second half. The Yin portion is a quiet and introspective practice with held postures that target our connective tissue to improve flexibility. We then move into the gentle Flow portion (Yang) that targets our large muscle groups to increase strength and stamina. We end our practice with a restful savasana. This class is for All Levels.
