Service Description

You've probably heard that yoga is good for runners. Did you also know it's good for walkers? And people who have been sitting more than usual? In this LiveStream class, we'll stretch muscles we use when we're active and muscles we don't use when we're sedentary (hamstrings, IT band, hip flexors, tibial muscles, psoas muscles, achilles tendons, and the plantar fascia). We'll help you discover how yoga can improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration, and balance. We'll work to ease lower back pain and build core strength. We'll also practice breathing techniques to help relax your body and make it more efficient. This class is for All Levels.
