please review the following expectations of our studio.
Medfield Yoga has the best intentions for our clients, instructors, guest speakers and partners. Our policies are set with all of you in mind.
We appreciate you!
-
Late Arrivals: Please do what you can to arrive on time! Settling in is incredibly important to prepare your mind and body for class. If you do arrive late, please mindful to other class participants.
-
No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: We want everyone in our community to get their workout in and meet their fitness goals! In order to plan our classes to be their very best and to allow space for everyone who wants to take class, please remember that we provide a 2-hour early cancellation window for our classes. After this window, a $10 late cancellation fee will be applied ($15 for unlimited members). We understand that life happens, so should you need to cancel, please cancel via email or text at least 2 hours prior to class.
-
Memberships automatically renew: Please submit, in writing to medfieldyogastudio@gmail.com with two weeks notice if you would like to cancel upon completion of your current membership. If you would prefer to go month-to-month after contract completion, membership rates will be determined by the current price at time of renewal with a 5% monthly discount.
-
Membership Holds: Going out of town? Having some health issues? We can pause your membership for a minimum of 30 days. Hold requests require 10 days written notice to medfieldyogastudio@gmail.com and can not be applied retroactively.

Membership Cancellation: Struggling with time? That is one of the biggest obstacles to a healthy, active lifestyle! Before you walk away from it all, let's see if we can help you prioritize your health and wellness. Were you overly enthusiastic about your time or availability? You’re welcome to downgrade to a smaller membership of equal commitment with a one time $50 fee, but you are always welcome to upgrade. Still can’t make it to class? A $50 per month remaining early termination policy will apply for group fitness members ($150 cap) which can be applied to other group fitness packages. As is industry standard, cancellation requests and early-termination documents must be received in writing 4 weeks prior to renewal by completing the cancellation request form and emailing it to medfieldyogastudio@gmail.com. *Memberships must be active and in good standing to cancel. Suspended memberships cannot be cancelled until they are reactivated.
-
Member Guest Passes: Passes refresh every month. Passes must be used for new, local guests during a valid membership term.
-
Package Selection and Refunds: We would LOVE to help you choose the option that's best for YOU! As is industry standard, we cannot refund services or extend packages and we are unable to refund to credit cards. Class packages purchased on sale may have a shorter expiration date. Please check dates before purchasing. Please let us know if you’d like any help choosing the best option for your health goals.
-

Severe Weather Policy: We are committed to our students and teachers. And, we are committed to stay open through ALL the weather New England is famous for. In the event that a class is cancelled due to weather, every effort will be made to give advanced notice of cancellation. We will notify you via email, our schedule will show the class as cancelled, and your account will be credited accordingly. If we are open, our 2 hour early cancellation policy will remain in effect. If you decide to not attend class, please cancel or email us. Remember to leave yourself enough time to shovel out, scrape off your car, and come get class safely. We are hearty New Englanders after all.
