I’ve been dreaming about this retreat for a long time...💭

 

In 2017, I saw this property in Costa Rica and almost fell out of my chair. I tried to whip up a retreat (it would have been my first retreat EVER!) and there just wasn't enough time.😟

 

BUT - 9 years and over 10 retreats later, we're doing it!🎉

 

Villa Estrella is tucked high on a hillside in Costa Rica, overlooking the ocean. It’s quiet, spacious, and filled with light. Just stepping onto the terrace feels like exhaling! This part of Costa Rica is located in a designated Blue Zone. A Blue Zone is a region in the world where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. These areas thrive with strong community connections, fresh local food, daily movement, and a naturally relaxed pace of life. Yes, please!!👍 

 

Each day we'll do yoga in the morning breeze, enjoy chef-prepared meals, with plenty of time to swim, nap, or go into town. At the end of the day, we can watch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean and then sit back and watch the night sky.🌃

 

This retreat isn’t just a getaway. It’s your chance to rest, pause, and remember what it feels like to take a deep breath. All you have to do is show up! Every detail is taken care of, so you can completely let go.

We have plenty of time for activities and excursions! The concierge will be able to help if you want some extra pampering (massage, perhaps?) or  a new adventure, like snorkeling, boating, or other activity. Activities and excursions are charged separately and are not included in the cost.
 
There are direct flights from Boston (BOS) to Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) on JetBlue.

(I just booked mine for $450!) There are also connecting flights out of Boston, Providence, and most other airports.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any and all cancellations must be submitted in writing, but because this retreat is in less than 90 days, all payments are non-refundable.
