What do we cover during the yoga teacher training? TRADITIONAL TEXTS: An in-depth study of the history and philosophy of yoga. PHILOSOPHY: Workshops, reading, and discussion on yogic philosophy. PRACTICE: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras, and Mantras. TEACHING TECHNIQUES: Effective instruction, teaching styles, demos, observation, assisting, and adjustments. ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY: Get an understanding of the musculoskeletal, endocrine, nervous, respiratory, and digestive systems. YOGA BUSINESS: Practical tools to be successful in the yoga industry.
