BEFORE

We get to know you first.

Every private client starts with a phone call. We learn about your injuries, your history, your goals, and what's been going on with your body. That way, we know exactly where to start on day one. No wasted sessions, no figuring it out as we go.

DURING

We assess, then we build.

At your first session, we look at your alignment, posture, and how you move. From there, every session is built specifically around what your body needs and what your goals require. You ask questions. You get real answers. You understand what's happening and why.

AFTER

You take it with you.

At the end of each session, you leave with a few simple things to do between visits - five minutes a day that fast-track your results. Small habits that add up fast. You'll feel it between sessions before long.
