About the Event
Like a treat for your body, mind and soul, elevate and uplift your energy and your mood as we enter Spring. Like the most effective form of self care possible, you will use your own power of body and breath like a prayer to wake up some of the lighter energy of Spring. Created especially for this season, Kathryn will expertly guide you through a strong vinyasa flow to get your energy moving before we deeply rest with restorative poses and candlelight. A full body experience, you’ll leave uplifted, enlivened yet perfectly relaxed and renewed. All Levels welcome. Preregistration is recommended!
