About the Event
Kathryn will guide a nourishing class with candles, aromatherapy, and much-needed relaxation. Students will be guided through a slow-flow practice designed to gently warm up the body, create ease and release tension to prepare for relaxation. The flow is followed by a series of restorative postures using blankets, bolsters and blocks to provide support and deep relaxation. Class ends with an extended savasana. This class is a peaceful way to end your weekend. All Levels welcome. Preregistration is recommended!
