Seasonal Yoga is a practice designed to align your body and spirit with the dynamic energies of Nature’s five seasons. Our minds and bodies are greatly affected by each season. Without adjusting our lifestyles accordingly, we can easily become physically and emotionally imbalanced. In this 3-session training, we’ll study the principal elements and associated organs of each season to increase awareness of the cycles of Nature and bring more harmony to your practice and daily life.
Focus of the 3-Session Workshop:
* The five elements associated with each of the year’s five seasons (Spring, Early Summer, Late Summer, Fall, and Winter).
* Knowledge to build a season-specific practice and routine, including poses, sequencing, and breath work.
* Season-appropriate lifestyle adjustments, including daily habits and rhythms, goal prioritization and dietary change.
* Training will include in-depth, take-home manual for each participant.

Standard Registration: $349
This training is open to both yoga teachers and students. Yoga teachers will be eligible for continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance.
