HOW TO PLAY

1. Starting April 23, pick up your BINGO card at the front desk and write your name on it. Then, hang it up on the BINGO wall. Hint: take a picture with your phone so you can view your card any time!

2. Start marking off the squares on May 1! As you complete one of the challenges, put an X in the square with the date completed (to help us verify). Hint: Remember to mark off the square the next time you visit.

3. First 20 people to register receive a Medfield Yoga Stainless Steel Water Bottle!

4. BONUS ENTRY! You’re automatically entered to win a 5 Class Pack just for playing.

5. At the end of the month we’ll check your card. If it checks out, you’ll be entered to win!

PRIZES

There are 3 tiers of prize packages that you can be entered to win, depending on how you complete your card. One winner from each category will be chosen in June.

• STRAIGHT LINE BINGO:(Across/Down/Diagonal) Prize: One 5 Class Pack (or comparable account credit) and One Medfield Yoga tank or tee.

• X, T, L, SQUARE or CROSS BINGO: (mark off rows/columns in the shape of X, T, L, Square or Cross) Prize: One 10 Class Pack(or comparable account credit)   and One Medfield Yoga tank or tee.

• TOTAL BINGO: (Every space marked off.) Prize: One Month Unlimited Yoga (or comparable account credit), one Medfield Yoga tank or tee, $100 Visa Gift Card, $25 Juice on Main Gift Card, and $25 Gift Card to Holistic Wellness Center.​

RULES

• BINGO Challenge runs May 1- May 31.

• Cards will be checked for verification starting on June 1.

• BINGO Cards will be available at the front desk beginning on April 23.

• Your card is your responsibility to mark.

• Prizes have no cash value.

• One prize per person.

• BONUS ENTRY! If you post a picture of your completed Springo Bingo to Facebook and/or Instagram and tag Medfield Yoga Studio, you'll get an extra entry into the prize drawing. Double your chances of winning!
